Evan is a behavioral scientist with expertise in mixed-methods research and statistics.
He focuses on leveraging research, communication, and collaboration skills to make data-driven solutions that solve people-centered problems.
He uses his experience with surveys, interviews, and observations to gain a holistic understanding of a problem to create actionable solutions . He loves connecting with people and actively listening to understand their needs and find the appropriate actions.
Evan received his Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from The University of Texas at Austin. His dissertation focused on Reducing the Influence of Need for Closure on Teamwork and Team Performance in High-Stress Situations
