    Custom designed 5-day experiential new employee orientation program focused on administration/benefits, managing change and personal transitions, internal and external branding, company strategy, values, and value proposition, career development, business units, conflict management, project management, scope creep, problem solving, presentations, public speaking, decision making, meeting management, consulting, communication, teaming, solution selling, methodologies, technologies, politics, resources, mentoring, and strategic thinking.
  2. Pilot
    Piloted 4 sessions in California, Virginia, New York, and Germany.
  3. Continuous Improvement
    Incorporated feedback and lessons learned into design and delivery.
  4. Implementation
    Implemented over 150 5-day new employee orientation programs in North America and Europe for 2,500 new employees ranging from undergraduates to experienced and executive hires.
