Approach

  1. Assess & Design: Custom designed 5-day experiential new employee orientation program focused on administration/benefits, managing change and personal transitions, internal and external branding, company strategy, values, and value proposition, career development, business units, conflict management, project management, scope creep, problem solving, presentations, public speaking, meeting management, consulting, communication, teaming, solution selling, methodologies, technologies, politics, resources, mentoring, and strategic thinking.
  2. Pilot: Piloted 4 sessions in California, Virginia, New York, and Germany.
  3. Continuous Improvement: Incorporated feedback and lessons learned into design and delivery.
  4. Implementation: Implemented over 150 5-day new employee orientation programs in North America and Europe for 2,500 new employees ranging from undergraduates to experienced and executive hires.

Compelling Design Features

  • Used real clients and real projects for simulations and case studies
  • Intranet and knowledge management system built to support entire process
  • Incorporated high-fidelity simulations for mixed levels, experience, functions, and nationalities
