The specific division evolved as a result of an acquisition that has created an environment where two varied cultures are trying to merge together.  As a result of the merger, the current challenges being addressed include:

  1. Integrating the two cultures into one succinct culture with common core values and operating procedures.
  2. Sustaining and improving revenue production.
  3. Aligning primary business functions with support functions. (e.g. Marketing  and R&D with Sales).
  4. Creating, developing and growing a culture of innovation and performance.
  5. Showing a tangible ROI for any initiative/investment.

The project objectives are to:

  • Align all stakeholders with a culture vision and expectations that will enable and drive business strategy and talent management.
  • Build the engagement, capability and infrastructure required to create a high performance culture.
  • Measure the level of change, and agree on targeted steps to continue the transformation.
