LSA to Design Customer Product Training for a Leading Financial Services Software Provider

Santa Clara, CA – LSA Global, the premier one-stop performance consulting and training firm that helps high growth life science, technology, and service companies create a competitive advantage by powerfully aligning their culture and talent with strategy today announced a new instructional design and train-the-trainer project for Customer Product Training for a Leading Financial Services Software provider.

The driver for the project is to increase client user adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and revenue generated.  Historically, customer product training was created from technical documentation and manuals with little instructional design methodology or input from clients. Further considerations are that training must be delivered in different countries and potentially different languages.

New business pressures for success are being caused by:

  1. Larger and more global customers
  2. Increased product complexity
  3. The strategic business need to generate more services revenue.

The project will:

  1. Create a Roadmap for Success including key success metrics, a 3 – 6 month plan to implement and test the solution, partnering with leadership and marketing to create a brand and thematic approach that dovetails into the overall product and service offerings, determining a high level certification strategy, and creating a high-level curriculum map that addresses both leadership and end-user training.
  2. Build a Pilot Program for Key Users incorporating lessons learned from round table sessions and creating experiential learning experiences that drive understanding and adoption.
  3. Train-the-Trainer Program including creating a customized train-the-trainer process and program to enable the internal team to deliver the training to clients.
