This is not at all a surprise to us. Ellie Mae has been an LSA Global client for the last three years. We began our work with them when they were experiencing high growth that almost quadrupled their workforce within a two-year period. Initially LSA Global designed a customized leadership development curriculum and conducted a company-wide employee engagement survey to take the measure of employee commitment and satisfaction. We evaluated 6 well known sales development partners in the market. Late in the process we discovered an organization called LSA Global.
