In this intensive 1-day workshop you'll practice the skills to take initiative, network, and participate more actively in meetings. Challenge yourself to expand your communication style.
Objectives

- Assess your cultural style, and how it influences your communication, behavior, assumptions, and expectations of others
- Recognize opportunities for taking initiative
- Practice skills for participating in an American-style work team
- Participate more actively in meetings
- Acquire strategies for working within the corporate system while adding your valuable cultural perspective
- Gain confidence in trying out new behavior
Methodology
Discussion, lecture, and interactive exercises which include case studies, simulations, and many more opportunities for personalized skill building. Enrollment is limited to 6- 12 participants to increase coaching and personal interaction.
