Alan is the President of LSA Global,
responsible for the Leadership and Organizational
Development Practices and the day-to-day operations of
LSA.
Prior to joining LSA Global, Alan was
Managing Partner of
Changeworks
Global, Inc. for 14 years. Changeworks Global is a
leading San Francisco based management consulting firm
focused on managing cutting edge strategic change,
creating high performance cultures, and developing
leaders. Previously, Alan was the organizational
development specialist in William M. Mercer’s behavioral
health division, the owner of his own organizational
development consulting firm, and Director of Clinical
Services for a unit of Children’s Hospital in San
Francisco.
Alan has led complex projects with
clients from a wide variety of industries, locally and
globally, from Fortune 50 companies to midsize firms
focused on transformational change, culture integration,
leadership development, and performance management.
He has written and presented papers on
“Understanding cultural context to increase consultation
value”, "Political dimensions of organizational life"
and "Changing the culture of middle age organizations."
Alan also teaches a graduate school course in the
Foundations of Organizational Change at San Francisco
State University.
He is a member of the board of directors
for two nonprofit organizations:
NatureBridge (dedicated
to educating youth about nature) and
LIFT (providing
wellness and nutritional education and services to
underserved communities).
Dr. Krepack attended the University of
California at Berkeley where he received his B.A. with
Distinction. He did his graduate work at Alliant
University-San Francisco where he earned a Ph.D. in
Psychology. He completed post-doctoral training in
organizational behavior, systems thinking, and conscious
business. He has also been certified in several
leadership, change, and cultural assessment
tools and intervention methodologies.
