Sally Ewald
Chairman of the Board

Sally is the founder of LSA Global and serves as Chairman of the Board. Sally has over 25 years experience in the learning industry and was previously affiliated with the Wilson Learning Agency Network where she received the "Associate of the Decade Award." Prior to that, she managed operations and sales as City Manager for Western Airlines in Northern California.

Sally earned an MBA from Pepperdine University, an MA from Stanford University, a BA from University of Colorado, and holds California secondary teaching credentials. Sally recently received the "Emerging Leader Award" for thought leadership in the Learning and Development Industry from the Instructional Systems Association (ISA).

 



 

Tristam Brown
CEO

Tris Brown is the CEO of LSA Global.  He is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the company and client services. Tris has over 22 years of consulting and management experience.

Prior to joining LSA Global, he served as Vice President of Organizational Strategies at Proxicom, an e-business consulting and development company, where he ran Human Resources, Organizational Development, Recruiting, Training, and Internal Communications. Previously he served as Chairman of the National Outward Bound Professional Committee and Director of Outward Bound Professional for the West Coast where he ran the corporate training and consulting division for Fortune 1000 Corporations. Prior to Outward Bound, Tris was a Manager for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting Practice. At Andersen, he focused on Strategic Planning, Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, and Systems Implementations for Fortune 1000 Corporations.

He earned a BS degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Finance and Marketing. He currently serves on the Boards of Outward Bound and AARM - Advertising Audit & Risk Management.  Tris also raises money for cancer through mountain bike racing with the Debshred Foundation.

 



 

Alan Krepack, Ph. D.
President

Alan is the President of LSA Global, responsible for the Leadership and Organizational Development Practices and the day-to-day operations of LSA.

Prior to joining LSA Global, Alan was Managing Partner of Changeworks Global, Inc. for 14 years. Changeworks Global is a leading San Francisco based management consulting firm focused on managing cutting edge strategic change, creating high performance cultures, and developing leaders. Previously, Alan was the organizational development specialist in William M. Mercer’s behavioral health division, the owner of his own organizational development consulting firm, and Director of Clinical Services for a unit of Children’s Hospital in San Francisco.

Alan has led complex projects with clients from a wide variety of industries, locally and globally, from Fortune 50 companies to midsize firms focused on transformational change, culture integration, leadership development, and performance management.

He has written and presented papers on “Understanding cultural context to increase consultation value”, "Political dimensions of organizational life" and "Changing the culture of middle age organizations." Alan also teaches a graduate school course in the Foundations of Organizational Change at San Francisco State University.

He is a member of the board of directors for two nonprofit organizations: NatureBridge (dedicated to educating youth about nature) and LIFT (providing wellness and nutritional education and services to underserved communities).

Dr. Krepack attended the University of California at Berkeley where he received his B.A. with Distinction. He did his graduate work at Alliant University-San Francisco where he earned a Ph.D. in Psychology. He completed post-doctoral training in organizational behavior, systems thinking, and conscious business.  He has also been certified in several leadership, change, and cultural assessment tools and intervention methodologies.
